With all Neapolitan pizzas, it starts with great dough, seasoned nicely and baked to a pillowy softness. The pies at Angelina’s are possibly the most tender-crusted Neapolitan pizzas we’ve eaten – the VPN-certified pizzeria serves classics like Margherita and Marinara, but the Burrata, topped with buffalo mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes, prosciutto di parma and basil, is a highlight.
